Certificates will hold the following information:

Name of individual
, discipline, level, date of certification, and date of expiration.

The content of the course, including topics covered, and duration and location of training courses
.

Examination scores
, statement of satisfactory completion of courses, 
signature of course examiner and designated company representative and photograph of the attendee.

Certificates are not transferable between companies nor between individuals, and shall remain the property of the company paying for the course to be provided.
