Information Updates

If you are a subscriber then we will provide you regular information with regards to updates to any of the publications as well as announce new publications and specifications being released.

However, this information is also readily available on the NS Information Hub itself via the ‘Changes Panel’, that is provided.

NS-1™ and NS-2™ Updates

It is important to know that any changes made to the NS-1™ or NS-2™ Standards are announced here.

Changes to manufacturing processes that are made to the NS-1™ Standard have a six month lead time. During that six months both the previous and the revised versions are available to subscribers to view – with the changes highlighted and the date of it coming into affect also published.

Changes to NS-2™, unless they are substantial or a complete change of current practice, take immediate effect from the date of publishing. Though again these changes are highlighted for ease of reference as well as being included in the –Changes Panel’
