Due to continued expansion in our Asia market we are looking for suitable candidates for the below position in Kuala Lumpur. Role will be for around 120 days.

Well QA/QC Consultant

Applicant should have:

1. Possess bachelor’s degree in engineering

2. Minimum ten (10) years in oil and gas industry, with at least seven (7) in performing QMS audits and 3rd party inspection in oil and gas industry.

3. Detailed knowledge of the inspection, assembly and testing of a wide variety or critical drilling and completions service tools – key for effective process audits and TPI management.

4. Expert in DS-1/ NS-2 inspection and NDE – key for effective process audits and TPI management.

5. Knowledge of various Supplier’s QMS and experience auditing against Vendor’s QMS or API Q2.

6. Experience creating Service Quality Plans that meet the clients requirements.

7. Experience holding Quality Improvement Process meetings to review NCRs and CAPAs.

8. Experience witnessing Scope of work includes:

1. Perform QMS audits of service suppliers and provide report on gap analysis.

2. Perform Process audits on critical tools and processes, provide report on gap analysis.

3. Help mentor/train/interview TPI
